Tim is super awesome!

Tim was excellent to deal with. We did a cash-out refinance of a manufactured home. He explained and answered any questions I had. He worked diligently to get me the type of financing that would put the most money in my pocket. I recommend him highly.

Tim is Outstanding!!

This is the 2nd time we have used Alcova and Tim Morrow and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made both times! Tim is an outstanding person to deal with.
